"I've been with this office since 1977. I have been loyal to State Farm exclusively. This office used to absolutely wonderful. I have many things insured with them. Boats, side by sides, houses, vehicles and much more. Probably 15 policies total. The last several years it has been harder and harder to get in touch with them to review coverage or get any questions answered. They have let me down several times the last 3 years with claims actually giving me incorrect advice. (I thought I was insured but I wasn't.) In the past year I have had several promises for return phone calls concerning my coverages. And the call either comes back days after it was promised or doesn't came back at all. Today is Monday and I am still waiting to hear about coverage that they promised to get back with me last Wednesday. I feel like I keep falling between the cracks. I would not expect that given my loyalty."
